Over the past few years I built a thriving art business called Project Human X in Southern Illinois - all from scratch alongside my husband.

One day I decided to invest more time in my personal development so I could feel my best again. I finished college, took real estate courses, went to therapy, conquered my driving anxiety and more. I felt like I could breathe again. Sometimes we just need a little hope to make the necessary steps toward taking care of ourselves.
